Looking for "Finance and Admin Manager (Office Manager)"

with candidate as qualification below;

Salary package 100K - 180K (Open depend on experience)

Location: BTS Thonburi

Working day: Monday - Friday

Key points:

  • Understand other key drivers of the business: e.g., human capital, marketing, SCM, and IT

  • HR, FINANCE, ADMIN and GA also IT support skill.

  • Office management with business analysis skill.

  • Ability to use SAP will be an advantage

  • Data Analytics, Finance report

  • Good command in English both speaking and writing

Job Description:

  • Ability to do individual work with overall in HR, ADMIN and GA also IT support skill.

  • Be highly proactive and an analytical thinker, able to execute and follow-through to deliver solutions and options to management

  • Administrative support for training programs arrangement, documentation preparation etc.

  • Have business partnering skills and be a good team player

  • Handle premises and office facilities management

  • Supervise routine office services such as document delivery, procurement of office supplies, mailing, printing, etc.

  • Ensure HR policies & procedures are properly executed & communicated to all levels of staff.

  • Attend business networking functions as required

  • Understand other key drivers of the business: e.g., human capital, marketing, SCM, and IT

  • Be operationally in tune with the business with a keen eye for analysis and details

  • Be commercially-oriented with high energy and a 'can-do' attitude

  • Be enthusiastic members of the Thailand team, and actively participate in team meetings/events

  • Meetings organized, hotel & air-ticket booking etc.

  • Perform any ad hoc projects and assignments as requested.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Science or other related fields

  • Strong computer literacy and competent in MS Office, especially MS Excel and SAP will be an advantage

  • Motivated individual and able to work independently

  • Resourceful, organized, meticulous individual with strong analytical skills

  • Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines and pressure
