We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Finance Manager to play a pivotal role in our small finance team. This position is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about finance and thrives in a dynamic, international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of accounting and finance operation (AP / AR / GL / Taxation).
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to management.
- Collaborate with departmental leaders to assist with preparation of mid-term plan with a responsibility of preparing and controlling the financial budget.
- Provide both financial guidance and help the business achieve overall objectives.
- Track KPI's to measure business performance and provide insights on financial metrics and trends to drive improvements.
- Ensure compliance with Corporate Governance.
- Maintain strong relationships external auditors, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and reporting standards.
- Execute monthly payroll and maintain all personnel related information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- Experience in executing financial balances, controlling functions, and compliance.
- Knowledge of fiscal regulations and statutory requirements including VAT, payroll taxes, Financial Statements etc.
- Excellent English communication both written and spoken. (this position report to expats Finance Director)
