Job Description : Finance Manager
* Plan and assign work and follow up on the department's performance to ensure that the work is completed according to the plan.
* Plan and define the department's work process to be used as a standard for financial operations to be correct and transparent.
* Control the financial receipts and payments to ensure they are correct and complete, in accordance with the contract and schedule.
* Control and verify the recording of receipts and payments in the system to ensure they are correct and complete.
* Prepare the annual budget, check, control and plan the budget of each unit to be in accordance with the set budget efficiently and in line with cash flow liquidity management.
* Analyze and forecast cash flow trends in advance (Cash Forecast) to be used as information for cash flow liquidity management.
* Manage cash flow liquidity (Cash Flow Management) in the overall organization to create flexibility in cash flow and maintain financial credibility.
* Control and supervise the preparation of financial reports to report to supervisors and provide information to executives.
* Prepare financial analysis reports to be used as information for planning and management of the organization.
* Take care of preparing financial documents to support various transactions of the organization.
* Contact and coordinate with banks to ensure smooth and orderly financial transactions of the organization.
* Control and supervise contact and coordination with various internal and external agencies. To ensure the smooth operation of the department
* Summarize and analyze the operation report and related reports, along with suggestions, to present to the supervisor
* Provide advice, act as a consultant, and analyze and solve various problems that occur in the department, to ensure smooth and efficient operations
* Propose guidelines for improving work processes to increase efficiency, including cost reduction
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent are preferred.
- At least [7-10] years of experience in financial management or a similar role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, including advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and tax compliance.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
