Job Description : Finance Manager

* Plan and assign work and follow up on the department's performance to ensure that the work is completed according to the plan.
* Plan and define the department's work process to be used as a standard for financial operations to be correct and transparent.
* Control the financial receipts and payments to ensure they are correct and complete, in accordance with the contract and schedule.
* Control and verify the recording of receipts and payments in the system to ensure they are correct and complete.
* Prepare the annual budget, check, control and plan the budget of each unit to be in accordance with the set budget efficiently and in line with cash flow liquidity management.
* Analyze and forecast cash flow trends in advance (Cash Forecast) to be used as information for cash flow liquidity management.
* Manage cash flow liquidity (Cash Flow Management) in the overall organization to create flexibility in cash flow and maintain financial credibility.
* Control and supervise the preparation of financial reports to report to supervisors and provide information to executives.
* Prepare financial analysis reports to be used as information for planning and management of the organization.
* Take care of preparing financial documents to support various transactions of the organization.
* Contact and coordinate with banks to ensure smooth and orderly financial transactions of the organization.
* Control and supervise contact and coordination with various internal and external agencies. To ensure the smooth operation of the department
* Summarize and analyze the operation report and related reports, along with suggestions, to present to the supervisor
* Provide advice, act as a consultant, and analyze and solve various problems that occur in the department, to ensure smooth and efficient operations
* Propose guidelines for improving work processes to increase efficiency, including cost reduction

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  2. Professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent are preferred.
  3. At least [7-10] years of experience in financial management or a similar role.
  4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  5. Proficiency in financial software and tools, including advanced Excel skills.
  6. Excellent knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and tax compliance.
  7. Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
  8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work across all levels of the organization.
  9. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
