Job Description:
- Plan and oversee all financial processes of the organization to ensure alignment with the company's policies and objectives.
- Develop and manage the annual budget, and establish both short-term and long-term financial strategies in line with organizational goals.
- Monitor and control project budgets, analyzing income and expenses to ensure financial performance aligns with planned targets.
- Manage the company's cash flow and liquidity to ensure sufficient funds are available for daily operations.
- Prepare and review monthly and annual financial reports in compliance with accounting standards, and submit them to management within the required timeframe.
- Oversee internal control systems, verify the accuracy of financial documents, and mitigate financial risks or potential fraud.
- Lead and manage the finance team, including work supervision, team development, and performance enhancement.
- Coordinate with external parties such as banks, auditors, and government agencies to support the company's financial operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting.
- Proficient in using accounting software such as ERP and Oracle.
- Professional accounting certifications such as CPA or CPD are an advantage.
- Proven experience in financial management, including budgeting, revenue and expense control, and cost allocation.
- Ability to analyze, prepare, and present financial reports accurately and in compliance with accounting standards.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel (including VLOOKUP and PivotTables), and Oracle.
- Solid understanding of financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Experience in the medical device industry is a plus.
