Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the finance department
- Develop financial strategies and budgets aligned with corporate goals and BOI incentives
- Establish and manage a cost accounting system; monitor and analyze operational costs
- Recommend and implement cost-saving and efficiency initiatives
- Provide financial insights and reports to support strategic decisions
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financing arrangements
- Monitor foreign exchange risks and oversee international payment procedures
- Support cross-border procurement and export financing
- Strengthen internal controls and lead internal audit activities
- Prepare financial reports in compliance with TFRS and IFRS standards
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax authorities to ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with other departments to evaluate investment feasibility and support operational planning
- Ensure financial viability across supply chain and sourcing activities (including regional operations)
- Lead ERP implementation and finance digitalization projects
- Align local finance practices with global policies and ensure effective cross-border coordination
- Mentor and develop the finance team; promote talent retention and succession planning
- Support other tasks as assigned by senior management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent certifications are an advantage
- Proficient in Thai; strong command of Mandarin and English preferred (basic Mandarin for work communication is a must)
- Minimum 10 years of finance experience, including at least 3 years in a financial management role within a multinational or BOI-promoted company
- Familiarity with Thai accounting and tax regulations, BOI policies, and international trade procedures
- Experience in foreign exchange management and international payments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial/ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration
- High integrity, emotional resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
