Job Responsibilities
- Securing project financing, issuing project information memorandum, negotiating project financing terms, and loan documentation.
- Analyzing actual operating results and identifying key financial and operating issues to be addressed, quantifying actual results versus forecast.
- Reviewing and managing financial models on responsible projects to update actual performance as well as to prepare financial analysis on various assigned scenarios.
- Handling month-end closing and ensuring the account reconciliation is completed in a timely manner.
- Monitoring and analyzing the accounting data, preparing and reviewing the managerial report.
- Preparing annual budgeting and monitoring budget control.
- Preparing annual corporate tax submission and coordinating with revenue department officer.
- Working with the external auditor for on-time audited financial statements.
- Improving systems and procedures and initiating corrective actions.
- Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
- Managing loan and credit facilities arrangement, including loan terms, project finance, and/or trade finance and/or factoring.
- Managing and controlling assigned tasks according to accounting principles and related Laws.
- Ensuring compliance with all covenants under loan agreements.
Job Qualifications
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting.
- Degree in accounting with CPA.
- 8-10 years' experience in banking or corporate finance function in reputable companies, Big 4 is a plus.
- Experience in cash flow, financial planning, and financial risk management.
- Experience in infrastructure or port business is required.
- High accountability, strong analytical skills, and confidence in turning facts into recommendations.
- Creativity, problem-solving skills, negotiation, and systematic thinking.
- Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
