We're seeking for Funding Manager to support a reputable listeds company (Energy)
Location: Silom, occasionally travel upcountry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead funding process from financial institutions i.e. loan, and leasing, from reviewing financial projection and loan agreements to negotiating terms and conditions.
- Liaise with financial institutions' relation managers on existing credit facilities.
- Prepare presentations and organized roadshows to financial institutions and investors.
- Organize a plan to negotiate with financial institutions in order to provide a long-term loan or revolving fund to support investment in various projects (CAPEX) for the Company and its subsidiaries.
- Prepare cash flow management plan.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience working in Finance / Financial Planning / Funding / Investment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Able to do financial modeling / financial analysis.
- Good command of English.
