(Manufacturing / Industrial Automation Sector)

Provide strategic leadership and direction to all functions of the Thailand business unit, ensuring alignment with regional and global objectives.
Oversee daily operations, including manufacturing, finance, sales, HR, and supply chain, to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance.
Lead business planning, budgeting, and performance tracking to achieve profitability and growth targets.
Represent the company with customers, partners, government authorities, and other key stakeholders.
Drive business development and expand market presence across ASEAN, especially within the industrial automation and smart manufacturing sectors.
Ensure company standards, corporate policies, and local regulations are adhered to, especially in areas of quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
Build, lead, and mentor cross-functional teams, cultivating a high-performance and collaborative culture.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields (MBA preferred).
Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing, automation, or industrial systems, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
Strong leadership with a proven track record in driving operational excellence and business growth.
Good understanding of automation systems, control technologies, and smart factory trends.
Experience in managing cross-cultural teams and working in multinational environments.
Fluent in Thai and English (Mandarin is a plus).
