- Liaise with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
- Develop and drive products and services and expand the business.
- Work closely top managment team in Singapore to deliver targeted outcomes.
- Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements.
- Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. (Master's degree is preferable)
- 5 years of experience in working as management role.
- Good knowledge in Sales and marketing in chemical, petrochemical, oil/gas, mining,cement,steel,pulp&paper,new energy.
- Must have experience in MV motor and drives, Power distribution products.
- Fluent in English (Japanese language would be advantage).
- Have abilities to work independently with practive and business-driven approach.
