Head of Export Sales (Go-to-Market)
Location: Bangkok

Key Responsibilities:

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive strategies for our food products in international markets, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market dynamics.
  • Export Sales Management: Oversee all aspects of export sales operations, including market analysis, customer relationship management, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations. Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and potential customers in target regions. Develop market entry plans and expansion strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, Supply Chain, and Finance, to ensure seamless execution of export sales strategies and alignment with overall business goals.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing export sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive individual and team success. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Implement corrective actions as needed to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Export Sales, preferably in the food industry.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective Go-to-Market strategies and driving sales growth in international markets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in Thai and English languages (Spoken, Written, Reading)
  • Strategic thinker with analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
