Director, Human Resources, HRBP
Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Key Accountabilities:

  • Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the country's goals and objectives, providing guidance and support to the senior management team on HR-related matters.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent, and manage the performance management system including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development plans.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee satisfaction, motivation, and commitment by encouraging open communication, active participation, and collaboration among employees.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the development and administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness of salary structures and benefits packages.
  • Learning and Development: Identify training and development needs, implement career development programs, and promote a learning culture to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • HR Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, maintain accurate HR records, and prepare HR reports, metrics, and analytics for management review.
  • HR Operations and Systems: Oversee HR operations including HRIS management, data integrity, and reporting, while ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Office Administration: Ensure efficient day-to-day office operations, including managing facilities, equipment, and supplies, and developing and implementing office policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • University graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • 15 years of relevant experience in Human Resources functions, including a generalist role in MNCs, with 4 years of leadership experience and policy & process development.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Thai.
  • In-depth knowledge of Thai labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and matrix organization.
  • Hands-on experience in HRIS management and administration, and HR analytics.
  • Logical and pragmatic, with the ability to think strategically and work at a very hands-on level.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
  • Preferred experience in understanding MNCs culture and working with people in the manufacturing field.
