Qualifications:

  • Possess at least 5 years of experience in online marketing.
  • Proficient in understanding trends in the film and series industry, capable of capturing all currents.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize both online and offline media for presentations.
  • Strong leadership skills, adept at teamwork, and proficient in internal and external communication.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure.


Responsibilities:

  1. Directly oversee the marketing of dramas, films, and series, including seeking marketing partnerships (Media Partners) and revenue opportunities with clients and partners (Advertising).
  2. Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for both online and offline platforms to achieve high tracking and ratings, creating visibility and revenue.
  3. Define branding directions to impress and engage audiences by disseminating selected content through television, online, and mass media on all platforms such as Website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, aligning with market demands and the company's media potential.
  4. Produce sales support materials (Sales Tools) and promotions for various online media as assigned.
  5. Innovate new marketing channels and sales methods in digital or online marketing.
  6. Analyze the marketing potential and profitability of various drama products.
  7. Report operational issues, analyze competitors, and gather information to propose strategies to superiors.
  8. Control budgets and manage marketing teams to achieve objectives, measuring outcomes in terms of audience numbers, ratings, and viewer satisfaction.
  9. Prepare reports and operational plans to reach new company customers (viewers).
  10. Collaborate with sales, public relations, and corporate communication teams to plan marketing strategies and select appropriate media for the products.
