Head of Project Improvement (FMCG) 150K
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute new projects in the beverage manufacturing plant, ensuring they
- meet objectives and adhere to specified timelines.
- Control and manage the necessary resources for projects, including personnel,
- budgets, and equipment.
- Take responsibility for establishing production line with an efficient and cost[1]
- effective setting up of utility systems.
- Monitor project expenditures and verify that budget allocations align with the
- project plan.
- Create and report project progress to senior management and the project.
- Manage and address risks and issues that arise during the project, implementing.

Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical engineering, Project Management, or
- Construction Management is required.
- Minimum of 10 years of work experience in Project Management or related
- Proficiency in project management and work plan development.
- Understanding of Utility System Setup and Cost Control.
- Skills in cost management and efficient resource allocation.
- Adaptability and the ability to learn and adjust to changing situations.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, including effective interaction with teams and management.
- Innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in English communication, both spoken and written.
