Position: Head of Sales & Marketing - Event & Concert Lighting Solution
Key responsibilities include:


  • Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to boost brand positioning among target customers such as event organizers, agencies, and artist management teams.

  • Creating marketing plans that stimulate sales growth and encourage repeat business.

  • Overseeing B2B market penetration strategies, engaging with corporate clients like producers, designers, and event agencies, while also managing broad B2C awareness campaigns for concerts and product launches.

  • Building and maintaining strategic partnerships with venues, booking platforms, and other service providers.

  • Leading and structuring sales and marketing teams, setting KPIs, and ensuring effective team performance.

  • Leveraging digital marketing tools and platforms, including Meta Ads, YouTube, SEO, LINE OA, and TikTok Ads, to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness.

  • Monitoring marketing expenses and analyzing ROI to ensure financial efficiency.

  • Adapting quickly to changing environments and managing projects under tight deadlines.

  • Driving business transformation initiatives, building new teams, and generating measurable revenue growth.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree minimum in Marketing, Communication, Management, or related fields; master's degree preferred (MBA or Master's in Marketing/Entertainment Management).

  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in event management, production, or AV rental industries.

  • Strong knowledge of concert and event workflows including pre-production, onsite operations, and post-event reporting.

  • Demonstrated skills in marketing strategy, brand building, and customer engagement.

  • Experience in B2B and B2C market strategies tailored to event and entertainment sectors.

  • Established network with artists, music labels, producers, studios, or event organizers is a plus.

  • Proven ability to form business alliances and partnerships.

  • Effective leadership and team management capabilities.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.

  • Basic financial analysis skills related to marketing investments and revenue tracking.

  • Ability to learn rapidly, adapt to pressure, and work within tight timelines.

  • Experience in team transformation and revenue generation.
