Job Title: Head of Sales for Automotive Commercial Business
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Sales for our Automotive Commercial Business. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all sales operations, including dealership management, sales planning, fleet sales management, and other related functions. The Head of Sales will also be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and delivering exceptional customer service.
-Oversee all sales operations, including dealership management, sales planning, and fleet sales management.
-Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
-Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
-Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
-Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.
-Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
-Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure alignment of sales objectives and strategies.
-Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 15 years of working experience with a proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the automotive industry.
Experience managing a sales team and overseeing sales operations.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Flexibility to travel as required.
