Job Title : Hotels Contractor Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the management of all hotel contract rates and support decision-making processes for the quotation and sales teams for expediting deal closures.
- Coordinate schedules for daily, weekly, monthly, or contract-specific periods, and initiate renewal requests for hotel contract rates or promotional rates upon expiration.
- Exhibit proficiency in understanding contract rate conditions and special promotions, aiding teams by providing necessary information to bolster sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Perform market analysis to devise pricing strategies, engage in negotiations for competitive rates with competitors, and renegotiate terms for enhanced rates and conditions
- Foster strong connections and positive relationships with partner hotels and hotel teams to uphold the company's reputation and implement relevant strategies for success.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Minimum 1 year experience working in a travel agency, tourism-related field, or the hotel business
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed will be given special consideration.
