Job Description
- Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies and facilities.
- Handle administrative tasks and ad hoc responsibilities as needed.
- Manage recruitment processes, from job postings to conducting orientations.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and establish hiring criteria.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding for a seamless transition.
- Develop and manage the HR department budget, covering compensation and training costs.
- Maintain employee records and oversee payroll processing.
- Facilitate performance management, including goal setting and regular reviews.
- Organize and conduct training sessions on various topics.
- Administer employee benefit programs in compliance with legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, without compromising quality or productivity, and to effectively switch between different tasks as needed.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
