Job Description

  • Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies and facilities.
  • Handle administrative tasks and ad hoc responsibilities as needed.
  • Manage recruitment processes, from job postings to conducting orientations.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and establish hiring criteria.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding for a seamless transition.
  • Develop and manage the HR department budget, covering compensation and training costs.
  • Maintain employee records and oversee payroll processing.
  • Facilitate performance management, including goal setting and regular reviews.
  • Organize and conduct training sessions on various topics.
  • Administer employee benefit programs in compliance with legal requirements.


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, without compromising quality or productivity, and to effectively switch between different tasks as needed.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
