Responsibilities:
Management Recruitment (Planning, screening resume, interview support employee).
Management evaluate recruitment companies and inform our needs.
Survey marketing labor information and summarization.
Management against Risk.
Management subordinator's skill and job.
Monitoring and mange internal regulations and format related with HR function.
Analysis quality of HR job and mange ISO14001, TS16949 related with HR functions.
Implementing the overall need to determine when training is necessary to improve performance.
Controlling training program in annual training plan.
Orientation new comer.
Summarizing training result and submit to department of skill development.
Responsible for the company's personnel, administrative work, to ensure that all departments and the overall operation of the company to provide good personnel, administrative services.
Supervise and coordinate all departments to complete the company's system audit, group internal audit and customer audit.
Responsible for the company to optimize and adjust employee incentive projects, improve employee motivation
Coordinate information communication at all levels of the company's management levels.
To inspect and coordinate the company's various systems and system standards, including (but not limited to) TS16949, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, ISO17025 and company Group requirements.
Ensure that workers work in accordance with laws and regulations and use or wear equipment, protective gear or work clothes required by the Company.
Workers should be informed of any potential or existing health and safety hazards known to managers, written instructions on the measures and procedures taken to protect workers, and all reasonable precautions should be taken to protect workers.
Timely and effective solution of all kinds of unexpected situations in the site.
Keep all types of information highly confidential.
Support the company's various continuous improvement projects to carry out and promote.
Follow the employee manual and all company rules and regulations.
Other jobs to be assigned by HR & Admin Manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Administration, Management or related professional experience at least 6 years from the any manufacturing.
Providing working knowledge in recruitment, training, employee relations, compensation and benefits is preferable.
Must have experience working in a multinational company, be a strong and outgoing character.
Good command in English.
Have knowledge and skill in computer such as MS Officer (Word, Excel, Power Point) MS Outlook, Internet, etc.
