Employee Relation Management:
Partner with leaders to help drive business performance using HR knowledge in the areas of workforce planning, change management and employee relations.
Manage the projects which enable senior leaders to keep in touch with employee views and ideas, and to evaluate the success of Thai Union's internal communication practices and engagement program.
Monitor workforce trends to assist in identifying policy creation; recommend policy changes as necessary.
Analyze data reports, employment records, operations, or other sources to drive strategic employee relations decisions.
Coach supervisor and employees to be consistent with policies/practices, legal considerations.
Implement and execute employee relations programs/practices that create a positive organizational culture and enable management effectiveness.
Continuously assess the effectiveness of all human resources programs relative to the achievement of desired goals and outcomes and the overall business plans.
Working closely with management and employees to improve relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Handling with Employee's representative committee.
Compliance all legal requirement concerned to ER & GA.
Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.
HRs and administration:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Oversee all aspects of the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management processes.
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to drive employee satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR initiatives align with overall business objectives.
Provide HR guidance and support to employees and managers.
Stay current with HR industry trends and best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Oversee all salary and payroll administration on a monthly basis including Provident Fund submission, Social Security, Benefits and Income tax.
Supervise Visa, Work Permit processes and Onboarding for Expatriates.
Manage all matters in relation to employee grievances, disciplinary, exits and separation ensuring complete compliance with applicable regulations.
Ensure compensation is fair and adequately benchmarked to local / prevailing market practices.
Conduct new employee orientation to foster company culture and positive attitude toward company goals.
Manage the annual performance reviews, goal setting and salary reviews.
Work with managers to determine how best to meet the training and development needs of employees. .
Develop and manage Intern/Co-op programs with local universities and colleges.
Ensure employee benefits are administered including Insurance claims, medical scheme enrolment/termination and medical claims.
Manage key relationships with vendors and service providers.
Update employee data, maintain annual leave records etc.
Supervise day-to-day office maintenance and administration.
And others assignments, if any.
Requirements:
Bachelor or higher in Law (preferred)
Solid knowledge and experience in ER at Manufacturing company
Company size: 500 - 1,000 employees with Labor Union
Negotiation skill with Labor Union
Working experience at Japanese company is a plus

Salary Budget: 100,000 THB
