Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and programs aligned with factory objectives and ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including candidate sourcing, interviews, and hiring decisions.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees and oversee the offboarding process.
- Handle employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and resolve conflicts or disciplinary matters.
- Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Ensure accurate payroll processing and administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonuses, and employee benefits.
- Coordinate and conduct training sessions on various topics, including compliance, soft skills, and technical training.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Manage office facilities, supplies, and equipment procurement, and oversee the maintenance of office records, files, and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in human resource management at the Managerial level.
- Fluent - Proficiency in English communication and strong team management abilities.
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated, well-organized, eager to learn, responsible, mature, and punctual.
