Human Resource Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Implementation of HR Strategies

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company's vision, mission, and business goals.

  • Drive strategic initiatives that lead to measurable outcomes and organizational success.

Team Leadership and HR Operations

  • Lead the HR team with oversight across the full HRM and HRD functions, in line with the organizational structure.

  • Collaborate effectively with senior management and employees across all levels to support business growth and performance.


Phase 1: Strategic Execution and Direct HR Operations

  • Formulate and implement HR strategic plans aligned with business direction.

  • Take a hands-on role in managing HRM functions, including:

    • Workforce planning and manpower forecasting

    • Recruitment and talent acquisition

    • Performance management systems

    • Employee relations, labor law compliance, internal regulations, and PDPA-related matters

  • Work closely with HR advisors or external recruiters to hire two HR Officers (responsible for HRM and HRD functions).


Phase 2: System Development and Organizational Growth

  • Lead the development of long-term HR strategies, including organizational structure and design.

  • Conduct job analysis, define job levels, and develop job grading systems.

  • Effectively delegate and transition HRM tasks from Phase 1 to HR Officers in a structured and scalable way.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.

  • Strong capability in both strategic planning and hands-on execution of HR operations.

  • Familiarity with fast-paced environments such as digital marketing, e-commerce, or large-scale customer-focused businesses.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

  • Solid understanding of modern HR technologies, digital tools, and appropriate use of AI in HR functions.
