Qualifications:
• Bachelor or higher in Business Administration, HR, Computer Science, Information System or any related fields
• At least 3 years experiences in HRIS or Data Analyst, HR system, Employee data analysis & Report
• Manage setting job position, hierarchy and structure in people system according to request.
• Work with key stakeholder to ensures accuracy and completeness of data in master files and various support tools for further use by other systems
• Maintains and support the development and implementation of various modules on HR System to support business requirements.
• Identify areas of opportunity to improve existing HR processes, functionality, and workflow, and maximize technological capabilities to reduce manual processes.
• Recommend changes to current processes to provide more effective use of the HRIS and take the lead as a project manager to implement these changes.
• Work across team with IT and Vendor to find out solution
• Be part of System implementation and Test to ensure system is accurate and efficient
• Trains and provides troubleshooting tips to other HR members on features and functionality of HRIS systems and applications as needed.
