Support overall payroll administration process, including generating time attendance from the system, entering data into payroll system, making adjustment, ensuring the correct calculation until the payroll is complete.
Calculate wages, OT, compensation & benefits, incentives, tax deductions.
Prepare and process payment for social security, revenue department and legal execution department, provident fund management.
Prepare monthly productivity report and working man hours report and related C&B and payroll reports.
Key in and revise employee personal information such as adjusting remuneration, transferring, promotion, terminating and resignation in the systems.
Maintain accurate payroll records.
Investigate and resolve payroll issues and ensure strictly compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Assist other C&B process including welfare reimbursement, welfare arrangement and payment.
Handle HR System, such as SAP system, OA System, Success Factor system (Time attendance) and training to relate persons.
Any tasks that be assigned by manager or/and company.
Bachelor's degree major in Human Resource management, business administration, Economics or related field.
Able to communicate in Chinese or English.
At least 5 years' experience in Human Resource or Compensation & Benefits and Payroll function.
Computer skills: Microsoft Office skill especially expert in Excel.
Professional in Compensation and benefit, Tax knowledge and Thai labor Law.
Have service mind, friendly and work well to each other at all levels.
Negotiation skill and problem-solving skill.
