Job Description
- Establish and execute a standardized procedure for fostering talent development and succession planning to uphold sustained business continuity.
- Spearhead the talent and succession planning initiatives within the organization, and establish assessment tools for vetting potential candidates (Key Talent Pool).
- Devise and execute strategies for cultivating talent and identifying successors, while assessing gaps and designing Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
- Roll out career development initiatives including annual learning maps, online/offline toolkits, and content creation.
- Establish protocols for managing career trajectories, encompassing career frameworks, rotations, promotions, and integrating with other operational systems and status reporting.
- Provide support to management in formulating and executing individual development plans.Oversee and execute development programs as outlined.
- Create and implement leadership development initiatives aimed at enhancing managerial and leadership competencies, aligned with the company's expansion and strategic objectives.

- Bachelor or higher in Engineering or any fields
- Experience in talent development and succession planning
- Knowledge in HROD & Organization Development
