Job Description

  • Establish and execute a standardized procedure for fostering talent development and succession planning to uphold sustained business continuity.
  • Spearhead the talent and succession planning initiatives within the organization, and establish assessment tools for vetting potential candidates (Key Talent Pool).
  • Devise and execute strategies for cultivating talent and identifying successors, while assessing gaps and designing Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
  • Roll out career development initiatives including annual learning maps, online/offline toolkits, and content creation.
  • Establish protocols for managing career trajectories, encompassing career frameworks, rotations, promotions, and integrating with other operational systems and status reporting.
  • Provide support to management in formulating and executing individual development plans.Oversee and execute development programs as outlined.
  • Create and implement leadership development initiatives aimed at enhancing managerial and leadership competencies, aligned with the company's expansion and strategic objectives.
