- Establish the resource strategy based on sales forecasts, including headcount demand, competency requirements, and internal-external ratios.
- Monitor and manage regional resource demand, ensuring efficient resource utilization, manning plans, and managing changes in demand priorities.
- Support project managers in resource allocation to accelerate project progress and improve resource mobilization processes.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to oversee cost center budgeting and billing.
- Initiate delegations and contracts with external legal entities (immigration, SLA and THOP, income tax, social security).
- Take ownership of reviewing training needs and coordinate with training centers to ensure mandatory and task-specific training is provided.
- Manage team roles focusing on site-specific competencies, aligning with global competence frameworks to facilitate delegation from APAC regions.
- Manage third-party resource suppliers for effective resource demand management.
- Ensure compliance with stationary regulations in tandem with international workforce deployment.
