Hub Head (Windfarm)

• Establish the resource strategy based on sales forecasts, including headcount demand, competency requirements, and internal-external ratios.
• Monitor and manage regional resource demand, ensuring efficient resource utilization, manning plans, and managing changes in demand priorities.
• Support project managers in resource allocation to accelerate project progress and improve resource mobilization processes.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to oversee cost center budgeting and billing.
• Initiate delegations and contracts with external legal entities (immigration, SLA and THOP, income tax, social security).
• Take ownership of reviewing training needs and coordinate with training centers to ensure mandatory and task-specific training is provided.
• Manage team roles focusing on site-specific competencies, aligning with global competence frameworks to facilitate delegation from APAC regions.
• Manage third-party resource suppliers for effective resource demand management.
• Ensure compliance with stationary regulations in tandem with international workforce deployment.

  • Participate in project manning meetings to ensure project-level resource planning.
  • Develop and oversee a portfolio-level resource demand management plan.

• Global Mobility:

  • Monitor and support the resource mobilization process, ensuring effectiveness aligned with the execution pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the Global Mobility team on payroll and income tax issues related to short-term assignments.
