.Responsibilities:
Human Resources:

  • HR Strategy Development: Formulate and implement HR strategies for hiring, training, and employee relations.
  • Lifecycle Management: Oversee HR processes from recruitment to retirement, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Budgeting and Reporting: Develop and manage HR budgets; create and monitor HR metrics and reports.
  • Policy Development: Establish and enforce company policies and procedures.

General Affairs:

  • Office Management: Supervise office operations to ensure efficiency and smooth functioning.
  • Labor Union Liaison: Act as the main contact with the Labor Union for negotiations and communications.
  • Office Supplies and Services: Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies; oversee service contracts and vendor relations.

Executive Participation:
Management Meetings:

  • Attend and actively contribute to executive and management meetings.
  • Provide strategic input on HR, General Affairs, and IT.

Industry Awareness:

  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Apply insights to support strategic decision-making.

Team Education:
Training and Development:

  • Conduct training sessions to educate team members on HR policies, General Affairs procedures, and IT processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to ensure team proficiency in operational areas.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the department.

Other tasks as assigned by company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachler's degree or higher in Human Resource and Organizational
  • 2-5 years' work experience as HR management in Japanese manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of updating HR knowledge and labor law.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate reports.
  • Demonstrated flexibility, resilience, and capability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Thai labor laws and regulations.
  • Good communication in Japanese or English.
