Position : Human Resources Development Manager

Location : Ayutthaya

Salary : 80k - 90k

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement an effective human resource management system.
Establish an efficient recruitment system, standardize processes, and achieve recruitment objectives.
Manage the execution of the company's training programs.
Design and administering compensation and benefits policies.
Providing an assistance to management regarding to HR related issues.
Enhance company policies and regulations to foster a positive corporate culture.

Requirements:

At least 4 years of experience in human resources, knowledge of local resources in Thailand as well as relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
Strong attention to detail, effective communication, coordination skills and excellent verbal expression.
Outgoing personality with high integrity, responsibility, meticulous work habits, proactive attitude and strong learning ability.
Good in English
Be able to work at Ayutthaya, Thailand
Working Monday - Friday
