Job description:
- Manage the enhancement of production efficiency at the corporate headquarters and strategize the improvement of production efficiency at the Thai factory.
- Conduct production efficiency management concepts and standards, coordinate training sessions on improvement methodologies, and facilitate case studies to strengthen improvement capabilities.
- Develop and encourage the implementation of a company-wide improvement proposal mechanism, aiming for sustained enhancements and continuous improvement.
- Support the manager in executing additional improvement initiatives, such as projects focused on cost reduction.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineer, Business management, Industrial Management, or related fields.
- Strong in in Toyota Production System (TPS).
- Knowledge of Kaizen, Lean, Lost management, Cost analysis, Root cause analysis action, OEE, IE technique, JIT, and Improvement activity.
- Good communication in English
