Responsibilities
- Develop quality standard for the organization's in-process products and finished or innovative measure, test, sampling method and other procedures that ensure these standards are met.
- Ensure all quality control plan are in place, i.e. CTQ, CFA, SPC, REL
- Work with Product development team to ensure Relocation Project & New
- Production Introduction on Site comply to engineering's requirement.
- Lead to complete Part Approval Process Complete per company requirement
- Ensure real time feedback quality issue to relevant function when Quality in process found.
- Ensure In-process quality issue close loop corrective action problem not re occurring.
- Drive cross functional team to reduce variation by use SPC tool improve Cp and Cpk each process per specific requirement.
- Ensure Warranty Claim Reduction as company requirement.
- Ensure Quality Management System maintain per standard and regulation.
- Establish Personal Action Plan to support Quality target / Goal / Business Plan
- Apply the cost of loss, risk and benefit approach to make decision
- Use QMS tool to ensure quality of New Production Introduction / current product improvement with team
- In depth Warranty Analysis understanding - close loop corrective action
- Able to lead a Quality Problem Solving and making decision.
- Show extensive how to hand over knowledge on Critical To Quality processes / product from PD to factory.
- Understand / Apply Six Sigma basis tool methodology: DMAIC
- In depth quality understanding - understand the Process /Product Quality.
- Design / Plan QMS tool to ensure quality of New Product Introduction with team.
Qualifitions
- 2+ years' experience in manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or science in related
- Strong in process quality management
- Good command in English
