Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end process of indirect material planning, purchasing, inventory control, and distribution across multiple factory sites.

  • Collaborate closely with Engineering and Maintenance teams to forecast demand and ensure timely supply of materials.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records at both the head office and factory stockrooms using ERP or inventory management systems.

  • Manage the procurement of indirect services, including equipment repairs, facility maintenance, and administrative support.

  • Evaluate supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality, pricing, and delivery standards.

  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, procurement lead time, and cost effectiveness.

  • Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and external regulatory standards, including supporting audit activities.

  • Work cross-functionally with Finance, Engineering, and Operations teams on budgeting, forecasting, and supply planning.

  • Conduct regular visits to factory locations to coordinate materials and procurement requirements with on-site teams.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in procurement and inventory management within the manufacturing or industrial sector.

  • Strong knowledge of technical materials and indirect procurement processes.

  • Proficient in ERP systems for purchasing and inventory management.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Willingness to travel regularly to upcountry factory sites (Samut Songkhram and Phetchaburi).

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and coordinate across departments.

  • Experience in MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) procurement and engineering parts sourcing.

  • Knowledge of service procurement, vendor contracts, and performance management.

  • Analytical mindset with strong cost control and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Well-organized with strong time management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data reporting tools.

  • Good command of English is an advantage.
