Job Description:
Definition, introduction, coordination and monitoring of standards, methods and tools.
Support of the plant management in the introduction of IE central instructions and ensuring their compliance
Implementation of IE self-assessments and cross-assessments
Coordination and monitoring of IE tasks in the value streams.
Technical and, if necessary, disciplinary authority to issue instructions to the industrial engineers
Technical and, if necessary, disciplinary authority to issue instructions to the MA from the Method Workshop and Method Training Centre (Method Room)
Technical right to issue instructions to all departments/groups that perform decentralized IE tasks in the plant.
Support, advice, and training for other areas including Global Department (SBV, BER, MED)
Participation in Production System projects within the framework of the planning guide
Planning and monitoring of improvement projects (salary, GK)
Ensuring and coordinating the improvement processes for existing work systems and MAE to optimize work design.
Defining, introducing, and ensuring appropriate time data management methods for the determination of time data
Introduction and safeguarding of a central, uniform, consistent and up-to-date database for time data in the plant as a basis for all other systems and departments.
Definition and design of work plan structures about time data in SAP and ensuring the connection of CAPP-knowledge (Computer Aided Planning Program)
Introduction of CAPP-knowledge for time data management and definition of data structures
Development, introduction, and coordination of instruments for measuring productivity and tracking key figures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or equivalent qualification.
Ideally a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar industrial engineer position
In-depth understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
Proficiency with analytical tools, workflow time study and process balancing.
Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
Experience within the manufacturing or automotive industry would be highly desirable.
Experience in Time routing creation in SAP for manufacturing would be highly desirable.
Experience with MTM (Methods-Time Measurement) and Ergonomic Software in SAP would be highly desirable.
Good knowledge and experience using of IT tool, SAP (ERP System), Microsoft office, Power Bi. Auto CAD program.
Good information management skills.
Good in English Communication both writing and verbal.
