Job Description:
Engineering
- Complete review of basic and detailed engineering for instrumentation.
- Coordination with all engineering disciplines lead,.
- Verification and propose corrections as per the latest available technologies, and regulatory and land laws
- Types of DCS and PLC
- Logic development for DCS and PLC
- Installation and maintenance of instrumentation systems.
- Calibration of control valves and instruments.
- Engineering drawings such as PID's (Process Instrumentation drawings).
- Different types of instruments (Temperature, Pressure, Flow and Level)
Project Management
- Understand the complete lifecycle of projects from concept to commissioning.
- Able to manage diversified teams.
- Able to communicate and manage the regulatory requirements of the projects
Team management
- Able to manage the direct and indirect team members.
- Setting clear roles and responsibilities for the team.
- Mobilization of contractors for construction and able to handle multiple tasks at a time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor / Master degree in Instrument
- Minimum 8-10 years experience
- Project (Greenfield / Large Brownfield experience is an added advantage)
- Good in English communications and presentation skills
- Open to travel when required.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Chemicals, Carbon Black, Cement, Metals
- Key responsibilities the candidate should have handled: Greenfield.
