Job Description

  • Responding to user queries and troubleshooting issues they encounter with hardware or software
  • Resolving common technical problems or escalating them to higher levels of support as needed.
  • Ensuring systems are functioning properly by monitoring and maintaining operational systems, networks.
  • Identifying and resolving potential issues before they affect users.
  • Running tests to ensure everything works smoothly, and maintaining updates and patches.
  • Communicating with external vendors for troubleshooting
  • Creating accounts for new staff, assign permissions, and helping with first-time login setups.
  • Ensuring employees understand the login process and can access the resources they need.

Qulaification

  • Male or Female / 25 - 28 years old
  • Bachelor's degree in computer Engineer, Computer Science, Information Technology. or related fields.
  • Experience 3-5 years
  • Experience & knowledge on M365
  • Good command in English
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical including Root-cause identification skills
