Job Description
- Responding to user queries and troubleshooting issues they encounter with hardware or software
- Resolving common technical problems or escalating them to higher levels of support as needed.
- Ensuring systems are functioning properly by monitoring and maintaining operational systems, networks.
- Identifying and resolving potential issues before they affect users.
- Running tests to ensure everything works smoothly, and maintaining updates and patches.
- Communicating with external vendors for troubleshooting
- Creating accounts for new staff, assign permissions, and helping with first-time login setups.
- Ensuring employees understand the login process and can access the resources they need.
Qulaification
- Male or Female / 25 - 28 years old
- Bachelor's degree in computer Engineer, Computer Science, Information Technology. or related fields.
- Experience 3-5 years
- Experience & knowledge on M365
- Good command in English
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical including Root-cause identification skills
