International Sales Manager (Food Industry)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand international markets by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

• Analyze market trends and performance to create effective sales strategies and execution plans.

• Drive the export business plan, manage key accounts, and utilize marketing tools to achieve targets.

• Manage the full export sales process including order handling, pricing, payment tracking, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Agro-Industry, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or Industrial Chemistry.

• At least 5 years of experience in international sales within the food industry, with expertise in distributor management.

• Excellent communication in Thai and English (Chinese language skills are a plus)

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.

• Growth mindset with problem-solving ability and a result-oriented attitude.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
