Responsibilities
Research and analyze investment regulations issued by international regulatory bodies such as the SEC (USA), FCA (UK), BaFin (Germany), ESMA (EU), and MAS (Singapore).
Provide investment guidance to individual and corporate clients to ensure compliance with country-specific legal requirements.
Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Product Development teams to design systems that align with international investment regulations.
Support the Product/Development teams in configuring rule-based systems, including KYC checks, tax reporting, and restriction screening.
Advise clients on investment account opening, fund transfers, portfolio structuring, and legal risk management across jurisdictions.
Monitor and communicate updates on global tax and investment regulations such as FATCA and CRS.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, International Law, Economics, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
Strong knowledge of international investment regulations such as MiFID II, FATCA, CRS, AML, and KYC.
Experience in FinTech companies, international banks, asset management firms, or brokerage firms is a plus.
Excellent English communication skills, especially in reading and interpreting legal and regulatory documents.
Familiarity with compliance tools or the ability to work with API-based compliance systems is an advantage.
Holding an IC License, CFA designation, or previous experience in international financial regulation is preferred.
