Qualifications:
• To work closely by focusing all IT & Tech role recruitment with the client's in-house talent acquisition (TA) team and stay on site to provide solid assistance / coordination / support.
• Work with TA team members to gather requirements for each vacancies from hiring managers.
• Work with MANPOWER team to provide the client best level service to meet the SLA agreement.
• Source, approach and screen potential IT & Tech candidates throughout all attraction channels and provide client's TA team with qualified/shortlisted candidate profiles on time.
• Coordinate to schedule candidates for an interview on behalf of client including to follow up post feedback and update.
• Negotiate on offering process and keep the selected candidate warm and ready to join onboard on the agreed timeline.
• Conduct reports on recruitment process and activities.
• Additional work as per assigned.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in related field.
• 3 - 7 years of experience as an IT Recruitment Consultant or Tech Recruiter with extensive experience in widen IT skillsets.
• Proven background from agencies, corporate or IT consulting firm.
• Able to fill and have track record of filling variety of IT positions.
• An open minded, service minded, fast response and active.
• Have a fairly good - good command of English.
