Position: IT Assistance Manager
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, MIS, or IT related field
Experience in Low-Code Application Development platform (Outsystems) with Agile methodology would be preferred.
Experience in data management, data warehousing or unstructured data environments, back-end (Client-server-architect, REST API etc)
Experience with relational database systems with expertise in SQL, Understanding of HTML, JAVA, CSS, .NET
Ability with Business Intelligence tools and platforms is a plus, e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, Google Analytics or similar
Good Command of English
Experience in Salesforce, advanced Excel for data analysis. (Pivot tables and advanced formulas) would be preferred.
Able to travel upcountry and abroad, Ability to work under pressure
Perform design, Implementation, integration and upgrades of the PANABATT system to meet the business and user needs.
Prepare and provide documentation of all technical document/processes and training to user as needed
Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot core business applications, including application servers, mobile application, associated hardware and databases
Be able to create and manage the data in Sales & CRM system (Salesforce, Sales Matrix, Inspection system, Payment system, Power BI or Tableau and other applications
