Job Description
• Implement Corporate and Division IT standards and recommendations
• Lead or contribute to IT/IS projects on his site, coming from Corporate / Division or local
• Deploy and support locally managed IS solutions (Division solutions or local solutions validated by Division)
• Manage the information security risk assessment and treatment plan. Manage and report information security incidents
Organize the following activities:
• Manage Information System Projects for the site
• Help Desk response and customer service Information Technology asset reporting – workstation identification, installation, inventory, maintenance and local lease projects management
• Database and server maintenance and management
• Plant Network and PES management and maintenance
• Monitor and maintain plant shipping system(s)
• Monitor and maintain plant timekeeping and telephone systems
• Participate in BU IT topics and contribute to IT System Engineer meeting
Qualification:
• Bachelor in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent combination of education, experience and skills
• Have IT certifications (Operating system, network…) is a plus
• Fair to good English communication skills due to support user in Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia
