Position : Manager to Assistant Director
Department : Information Technology


Key Functions:

  • Perform day-to-day operations with specialization
  • Provide guidance & suggestions and monitor team performance to achieve functional targets
  • Provide regular and necessary report to management including highlight the trend or issue of current situation and provide beneficial recommendations
  • Run regular checks on network and data security. Conduct system audits on recurring and documented schedule. Design training protocols and workshops for employees.
  • Encourage teamwork and collaborate with team to attain objectives
  • Oversee and determine timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations,and outages.
  • Respond to IT incidents and support requests, providing both onsite and remote support. Troubleshoot
  • and resolve issues, explaining solutions in technical and non-technical terms. Provide physical hands-on diagnosing and repair as required.
  • Accurately document support issues, activities, and resolutions. Clearly communicate feedback and/or outcome to employees, managers, and/or supervisor.

Essential Duties:

  • Developing and implementing IT strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Overseeing the management and maintenance of IT systems, infrastructure and applications.
  • Leading a team of It professionals and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications and Experiences:

  • 10 - 15 years of experience working with medium - large organization in real estate business, information technology or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective project plans and strategies
  • Experience or familiarity with real estate environment and/or processes is desirable
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of technical professionals.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing IT and Security strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
  • Strong technical skills and experience with a range of IT systems and technologies, including network infrastructure, cybersecurity and data privacy.
  • Bachelor Degree or Equivalent in related fields
