Responsibilities:
Reported to Chief Management Officer and Expatriate IT Director
Be strategic member of pioneer team for new green-field set up factory of EV including set up IT policy, IT roadmap, business plan, strategy, budget, and KPIs
Build the team up and manage thought 3 business units: 1. ERP System Operation & Maintenance, 2. Infrastructure Services and 3. Support
Driving full activities for implementation of SAP ERP system, PLM (Product Life Management), and MES (Manufacturing Execution System)
Unified and standardized all business flow and process including continuous improvement activities
Managed local and global IT support for Shared IT Services
Work closely with all IT Partners / vendors through implementation, integration, operation, maintenance, and support aspects
Lead, coach, evaluate and develop team members to reach KPIs
Qualification:
Bachelor or Master's in computer engineering, Science, Technology, MIS, or related field.
10-15 years' experience in IT operation and management for ERP System, Infrastructure, and support from manufacturing environment (Automotive industry is a plus)
Proven experience in managing application and infrastructure projects
Proven experience in implementing and integrating for SAP, PLM, MES systems
Strong leadership and management skills, good system planning and execution, work as IT business partner with management and all key stakeholders
Able to work in Bangkok 1 year and relocate to Manufacturing at Chonburi
Good English communication (Chinese will be a plus)
