Job Description:

Lead and manage internal and external projects from requirements gathering, system design, to delivery (Web/Mobile). Assess system risks and design solutions aligned with business needs. Clarify unclear requirements and translate them into clear specifications (BRD, UAT, mockups). Coordinate with developers, QA, and stakeholders using tools like Jira, Figma, and SQL to track progress and ensure quality. Prepare documentation and communicate effectively in Thai and English. Resolve technical issues and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
2-5 years in System Analysis, Project Management, or Business Analysis.
Strong risk management and system design skills.
Experience with unclear/changing requirements.
Skilled in documentation (BRD, UAT, mockups, proposals).
Experience with Web and Mobile projects.
Proficient in Jira, Figma, SQL.
Good communication and team leadership skills.
Banking or insurance system experience is a plus.
Fluent in Thai and English documentation.
Passion for research and continuous learning.
