Location : Bang Rak
RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Leads Sales & Key Account activities for Insurance sector in Thailand.
• Ability to engage with Senior levels/C-Levels of Insurance companies in order to bring in good connection and lead on new business opportunities.
• Acting as a point of contact for assigned existing accounts and potential customers within assigned territory and come up with business hunting background.
• Present IT services to potential clients, identifying specific customer requirements and recommending ways to promote and sell our IT services.
• Reporting on regional sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually)
• Excellent communication skills and motivation to meet sales goals.
• Team player who can collaborate and work across cross functional teams.
REQUIREMENTS :
• Bachelor's Degree or Master in related fields.
• 10-15 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Strategic Account Management which at least 5-8 years in FSI especially Insurance clients.
• Experience working with Multinational companies selling and or delivering large integration or services projects.
• Proven experience with good understanding of Insurance domain and marketplace including areas of Insurance coverage include Life, General Insurance, Group, Health and Reinsurance.
• Good understanding of selling IT services specifically in Application Services, Cloud, Analytics, AI, ML with proven enterprise deals lead.
• Skilled in financial management, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
