IVD Sales Executive

Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives within the assigned territory.
- Identify and prioritize key accounts, target customers, and market segments for business development and growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including laboratory directors, clinicians, purchasing managers, and other decision-makers.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers to showcase the features, benefits, and clinical utility of our IVD products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technical support, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements related to IVD products and markets.
- Utilize CRM software to manage sales activities, track customer interactions, and generate sales reports and forecasts.
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and other events to represent the company, network with potential customers, and promote our IVD products and solutions.
Qualification
- Strong experience in IVD market.
- Good command in English.
- Have a good relationship with hospital.
