Candidate as qualification below;
Salary 120,000 - 200,000 THB (Depend on experience)
Location: Nonthaburi / Donmuang
Report to: President
Working Hybrid
Key Responsibility: The Director of School Leadership plays a critical role in the leadership, development and support of school site, This position will provide direction and oversight, district leadership, and will contribute to the building of systems and supports that increase student achievement across schools.
Knowledge & Key Skills:
- Oversee of daily operation including setting priorities, policies, classroom, budgeting and consult with board committee
- Research market and create sales and marketing to support English school programs.
- A minimum of five years of successful teaching experience
- Thorough knowledge of evaluation principles, practices, and procedures
- Support President in the implementation of school improvement plans
- Builds the instructional leadership capacity of principals with particular focus on instruction, data analysis, aligned interventions, community, and culture
- Provides feedback on successful leadership practices, such as effective management of instructional staff, use of data, and establishment of school culture
- Compile, interpret and communicate data to determine school needs and inform instruction and systems management.
- Expresses ideas and thoughts verbally. Expresses ideas and thoughts in written form. Exhibits good listening and comprehension. Keeps others adequately informed. Selects and uses appropriate communication methods.
Qualification:
- Bachelor/Master's Degree or higher in business management or related field
- Over 5 years of working experience especially in English school management.
- Fluent in English, strong communication, presentation skills
