We are seeking for "Shipping & Supply Chain Manager" to Support and Services to Logistics Retail positions open in BANGKOK, Lead & drive logistics operations business strategies by working with the Regional Logistics Manager to provide a world class logistics standard. Driving efficiency with the most cost-effective solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive & contribute to logistics operations business strategies by working with Regional Logistics Manager.
  • Grow & Strengthen business by developing the logistics functions, optimizing 3PL productivity, performance & achieve costs KPIs.
  • Drives inbound shipment, on time arrival with the most cost-effective solution.
  • Drives outbound delivery, on time in full by managing 3PL productivity & KPI.
  • Manage & ensure accurate inventory visibility to all stakeholders by managing 3PL cycle count & regular cadence snapshot comparison is performed.
  • Jointly develop logistics plans with Management to support the business growth.
  • Establish, implement & audit Standard operating procedures to ensure a healthy operations protocol.
  • Monitor & drive KPIs improvement.
  • Develop cadence 90 days plans and cascade plans to team.
  • Timely submission of reports of reports required for monitoring the logistics operations/ required by management.
  • Chair and coordinates weekly business review with 3PLs & seek improvement.
  • Manage, coordinate & communicate forecast (capacity planning) with stakeholders in ensuring smooth Supply Chain support.
  • Coordinate & communicate with "internal customers" & vendors with regards to logistics related activities.
  • Leading / Support RFQ process for logistics activities.
  • Lead and provide guidance to shipping team for freight efficiency.
  • Render support to the Regional Logistics Manager for any related projects.
  • Monitor & mentor team by providing training, guidance & coaching..
  • Grow the team by developing creative continuous improvement mindset..
  • Perform any other roles & duties assigned which are deemed reasonable, practical and logical.

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree holder in Logistic, Shipping or equivalent.
  • Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with at least 3 years' experience in managing a team in a dynamic and fast-paced MNC retail environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple and complex tasks in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • Good oral and written communication.
  • Meticulous, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong bias for action and results-oriented.
  • Ability to prioritize and work proactively and independently.
  • English language proficiency & Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
