Qualification :
· Bachelor’s degree related to Logistics or Business Administration or related field
· years working experience with shipment or logistics
· Ability to organize and prioritize requests made from internal and external customers.
· Excellent problem solving skills to resolve day to day delivery issues in a timely manner
· Effective communication (verbal and written) skills with ability to work with individuals of all levels of responsibility.
· Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with internal and external customers.
· Proficiency with both Microsoft Products (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems
· Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve carrier issues.
· English Communication is a must
