Plan and oversee implementation of Machining maintenance management system, ensure high-quality maintenance tasks, manage inventory and procurement of spare parts, and support safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee implementation of Machining maintenance management system
- Ensure maintenance tasks (preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance) and calibrations are carried out with high quality within target and suitable time
- Provide maintenance breakdown support for production machines and try as much as possible to reduce machine failure duration
- Identify new work as a consequence of breakdown repairs and complete work
- Manage and control the inventory management and procurement of spare parts, consumables and tools
- Propose improvement or development work, implement once work has been approved
- Ensure safety of machines, equipment's and conditions of working area
- Establishes preventive maintenance programs for all Machining, new equipment and manages current preventive maintenance program
- Support Quality Standard which related Aerospace and Semiconductor industry
- Lead, train and motivate the subordinates to provide proper preventive maintenance, work under safe condition and housekeeping
- Participate and support cost reductions, continuous improvement activities Quality Management Systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field
- Experience 5-8 years in 3-axis & 5-AIXS Machining Maintenance function with strengths in PM schedules and maintenance activities
- Strong trouble shooting and good knowledge in CNC, PLC, power drives, hydraulic, pneumatic
- Well understanding of Machining drawings and principles
- Strong on problem solving, analytical skill, and service mind
- Good command in English
- Exhibits a strong regard for organizing and prioritizing, as well as an ability to meet deadlines
