Key Roles & Responsibilities:
▪ Meet the local and International statutory requirements.
▪ Strategize and implement maintenance plans as well as ensuring high performance deliverables in the areas of Safety, reliability, Delivery, Cost & Morale.
▪ Align all activities related to corporate and objectives on Environmental Health and Safety.
▪ Continual improvement strategies to improve OEE.
▪ Continual cost reduction activities to make product competitive in the market and optimize operational cost.
▪ Demonstrate leadership mentoring by helping teams to develop and achieve the organizational goals.
▪ Focus on progressive, diverse and inclusive culture emphasizing One Signode theme.
▪ Provide Leadership and supervision to the Maintenance Department, encompassing
▪ Scheduled maintenance, upskilling, inspections, breakdown support, training.
▪ Analyzing and communicating the business level decisions among the team by having frequent consultative meetings.
▪ Ensure annual department budget, capital expenditure budget, capacity planning and plant & equipment requirements in line with Company goals; execute in line with budget.
Qualification & Certification (if applicable)
▪ Engineering Graduate (Electrical or similar).
Experiences
▪ Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing industry, PLC, TPM, lean manufacturing and basic understanding in mechanical maintenance Computer Skills
▪ Computer Savvy of desirable standard, 3D design, PLC Communication & Language Proficiency
▪ Able to communicate in both verbal and written English to an acceptable standard.
