Responsibilities:

Report to Production Manager (Thai) and work closely with global IT team.
Manage maintenance in company all facilities and building system.
Inspecting facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.
Preparing weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work.
Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance.
Monitor inventory of materials and equipment.
Participate in coordinate of projects (e.g. renovations).
Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree major in Electrical Engineer or Electrical Power.
Proven experience as Maintenance Engineer or similar role with 3 years in Supervisor level is preferred.
Strong technical knowledge of all building systems especially in term of electrical area.
Good command of both written and written English.
Excellent planning and leadership abilities.
Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations.
Excellent planning and leadership abilities.
Have own car with valid license.
