Position : Process Engineer (Painting) 1 HQ
Salary : 45k - 55k
Location : Autthaya
Responsibilities:
- Assess/analyze current processes and drive improvement projects for Safety, Quality, Throughput, and Cost.
- Using problem-solving tools and techniques, address problems and act to define, resolve, and verify problem resolution with paint finish quality from internal and external customers.
- Work cross-functionally with paint suppliers/peers on proper material specifications
- Manage and monitor paint supplier activities.
- Provides paint equipment troubleshooting and paint process control.
- Assist in minor repairs and general maintenance of painted jigs and fixtures
- Develop, implement, and maintain Paint PFMEA and control plans for powder coating and wet paint processes.
- Experience with with spray gun system, pre-treatment, paint booth, and curing oven temperature profiling
Position : Manufacturing Engineer (Metal) 1 HQ
Salary : 45k - 55k
Location : Ayutthaya
Responsibilities :
- Able to operate and design CNC turret punch and laser program.
- Maintain & troubleshoot any technical problem in the production line
- Improve production efficiency by planning and analyzing process performance, workflow, capacity, space requirements, and equipment layout.
- Handles & follow up on product ECN
- Handles products from other sites to overseas in the areas of detailed parts drawing, assembly drawing, and preparation of Bill of materials, etc
- Ensure all production activities and processes comply with ISO standards and mandatory regulations
- Experience with sheet metal fabrication, CAD or Solidworks
